Delivering end‑to‑end project and programme management for external clients, driving analysis, planning and continuous improvement. Leads day‑to‑day delivery to achieve project objectives and KPIs. Manages internal and external responsibilities for major appointments, ensuring effective performance, strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing safe, sustainable and compliant project delivery, upholding exceptional standards and championing wellbeing and inclusion.
* Driving successful end‑to‑end project outcomes, providing clear strategic direction for clients and teams.
* Ensuring ethical, financially responsible operations while shaping long‑term business strategy and value.
* Developing high‑performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration and best‑practice engagement across stakeholders.
* Managing safe, high‑quality project delivery, managing time, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations from inception to completion.
* Overseeing client‑facing project management, driving coordinated strategies across consultant and contractor teams.
* Providing expert guidance, ensuring best practice, digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement.
* Managing senior teams and key stakeholders, strengthening collaboration and supporting broader business, commercial and strategic initiatives.
You’ll Need To Have
* MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE (or local equivalent).
* Experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
* Demonstrable evidence of deep project management expertise.
* Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non‑related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
* Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card (or equivalent local safety certification).
