Circa £30,000 + Uncapped OTE
Were recruiting for a newly created Client Account Manager role to support the growth of the business by managing the relationships with key business client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that has recently restructured its operations and customer support functions to enhance client experience and long-term success.
In this role, youll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, managing the full customer lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through to long-term relationship development. Youll play a key role in ensuring clients receive measurable value from their investment, while identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and deeper engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
1. Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional handover from the Sales team
2. Coordinate implementation timelines, system setup, and user access in collaboration with internal teams
3. Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs to ensure clients are confident using the platform
