Job Description Lettings Negotiator - Coventry - £25k basic Commission (Salary negotiable dependent on experience) My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand have been established in the area for many years. Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge. Lettings Negotiator Main Duties: Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants Booking and attending viewings Carrying out regular Landlord updates Negotiating offers Processing applications Dealing with customer enquiries Key Skills required: Lettings experience required Possess excellent customer service skills Results driven Team player Full UK driving licence and car Excellent communication skills Natural sales ability Self-motivated and organised Desire to succeed Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1.30pm The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
