A market-leading law firm in York is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded property team. This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm’s planned growth strategy, making it an excellent time to join a forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation in the regional market.
You will join a collaborative and experienced commercial property team handling a broad range of high-quality matters. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with clients across a range of sectors. Typical work will include:-
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
* Property development and investment work
* Commercial property finance and secured lending
* Complex transactions
I am keen to speak to solicitors with:
* A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Are confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
The role will:
* Pay a salary up to £65,000, negotiable depending on experience
