We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bracknell seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed professional to lead and manage the provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring that every pupil is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
* Leading the strategic development of the school's SEND provision.
* Coordinating support for pupils with SEND and working closely with staff, parents, external agencies and governors.
* Supporting and advising teachers to deliver high-quality inclusive teaching.
* Overseeing EHCP processes, reviews and statutory requirements.
* Monitoring and evaluating the impact of interventions and support programmes.
* Playing an active role in the wider leadership of the school.
We are looking for a SENCO who:
* Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or is willing to work towards it).
* Has proven experience supporting children with a range of SEND needs.
* Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Works effectively with staff, parents and external professionals.
* Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to improving outcomes for all pupils.
