Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Commercial Sales Executive based in Gateshead. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide tailored recommendations, and deliver exceptional service to foster long‑term relationships. Responsibilities include generating and securing sales of vehicles and related products, managing accounts, and creating tailored business plans to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating with the insurance team to provide added value to clients.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and relationship‑building skills
* Proven experience in Sales and Account Management with excellent negotiation and communication abilities
* Familiarity with Insurance products and processes
* Proficiency in Business Planning and the ability to create targeted strategies for revenue growth
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Effective teamwork and collaboration capabilities
* A full UK driving licence (mandatory)
* Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not required
