Job Title: Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager
Overview
An organisation operating within a large-scale infrastructure environment is seeking two experienced Procurement & Commercial Managers to support a high-value project. This role requires strong expertise in supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract development within complex delivery programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement and commercial strategy across a major equipment package
* Manage and execute negotiations with key strategic suppliers and OEMs
* Support development of pricing and contractual strategies aligned to project milestones
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including framework agreements and full contracts
* Provide market insight and commercial positioning based on experience
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver successful procurement outcomes
Requirements
* Significant experience in procurement and commercial management within large-scale projects
* Proven track record negotiating with major OEMs or strategic suppliers
* Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across the full lifecycle
* Experience delivering complex agreements within time-sensitive environments
* Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Desirable
* Experience working with global equipment manufacturers
* Background in infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects
* Legal or commercial background/qualification
