Trainee Teaching Assistant
Location: Taunton and surrounding areas
Pay: GBP 93 GBP 100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: September 2026

Connex Education are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Taunton and nearby areas from September 2026. Opportunities are available on a flexible day:to:day supply basis, alongside short:term and long:term placements.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery Work with children individually and in small groups Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment Encourage pupils academic, social and emotional development
