Maintenance Plumber (Smart Technology) £36,000-£43,000 + Van + Benefits Covering North-East A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its northern team by recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across the North-East. Additional sites may include retail developments, high-rise properties, industrial and healthcare facilities. Experience summary as a Maintenance Plumber * Over 4+ years’ experience operating as a Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber, delivering planned, reactive and modifications/upgrades * Experienced doing install where required. * Full UK driving licence * Enhanced DBS checked * Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities including Sampling, Monitoring and Flushing preferred.
