The role involves leading and developing a recruitment team, managing end-to-end hiring for both high-volume blue-collar and specialist technical roles, and partnering closely with operational and project leaders to forecast workforce needs, support mobilisation plans, and build talent pipelines. Key responsibilities include driving attraction campaigns, enhancing employer branding, optimising recruitment systems and processes, managing agency relationships and compliance requirements, and using recruitment data and labour market insight to improve hiring performance and reduce skills shortages. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, workforce planning, sourcing expertise, and a solid understanding of industry-specific qualifications, employment law, and ethical recruitment practices.
