THE ROLE: As a team manager you will ideally be based in the office but there is some flexibility with home working as well. You will run your own reduced caseload and will manage a team of 4 – 6 lawyers. You will be able to demsontsrate a track record of management experience and will be commercally astute as well. An integral part of this role is coaching and mentoring the other team members to ensure the delivery of exacting standards to the firm’s clients.
