Your new role
Carry out grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking.
Operate and maintain a range of horticultural machinery and tools.
Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-presented for residents.
Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Work collaboratively with the wider estates and housing teams.What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role.
Ability to use ground maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
A proactive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
Commitment to health and safety and delivering excellent service to residents.What you'll get in return
