Accounts Assistant Pertemps are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing company based in Fordingbridge. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant: - Process purchase ledger invoices in multiple currencies - Ensuring prices, quantities and coding are correct - Reconcile credit cards monthly - Perform regular supplier statement reconciliation and resolve issues - Prepare fortnightly payment runs - Maintain purchase ledger and ensure detailed reconciliations of balances - Management of supplier invoice queries, liaising with other departments - Maintenance of cash books and all bank accounts Requirements: - Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant - Available immediately - High level of attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in MS Office - Knowledge of 123 Insight (MRP System) is desirable The role - 12 month fixed term contract - £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday - Fully officed based If you are interested is this Accounts Assistant position, please apply below with an up to date CV or call Jemma at Pertemps...
