As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

* Store Operations: Perform opening and closing activities, including key holder duties.
* Product Launches and Floor Moves: Support new product launches, store resets, and audits, ensuring team readiness.
