The Community Relations Manager role at Aria Healthcare is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, forward-thinking team in the care home industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and showcasing the premium care home services, working across two sites in Chipping Campden and Chipping Norton. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent customer service, a passion for delivering results, and a creative mindset.


Main duties of the job

As the Community Relations Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families to the ideal care solutions for their loved ones. You will be the face of the organization, building strong relationships with the local community and showcasing the exceptional service, compassionate care, and unbeatable community feel of Aria Healthcare's care homes. The role involves sales, marketing, and customer engagement, with the opportunity to travel between the two sites and have your mileage and accommodation covered as needed.

Community Relations Manager Chipping Campden + Chipping Norton (Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire) Dual Site Hours - Full TimeSalary - £40,000 / OTE of £49,200(Mileage covered, overnight accommodation if required)
