What you will do This is a key role in our centre of expertise, supporting the full TSUK value chain. You’ll collaborate across the business to create and deliver impactful training & development programmes, enable cultural transformation, and build high-performing teams ready to meet tomorrow’s challenges. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you'll support the design and delivery of people strategies that align with business needs. You'll lead and support with initiatives including training and development programmes and talent management strategies and processes. Whether you're rolling out strategic programmes or coaching leaders one-on-one, your work will directly support our goal of a high-performance, values-led culture. From assessing organisational needs to developing bespoke interventions, your insight and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the growth and effectiveness of individuals, teams, and the wider business. The successful candidate may be based at any of our UK locations. This is a hybrid role with a UK wide remit, and as such, travel to other UK sites will be required What you will need We’re looking for someone with strong experience in designing and delivering people development programmes – ideally within large, complex organisations. You should be confident delivering sessions up to senior manager level, skilled at working cross-functionally, and passionate about enabling people to reach their potential. You’ll also bring: A relevant degree and postgraduate qualification (e.g. Graduate CIPD) A solid background in talent management and development, leadership development, or change management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to evaluate impact and shape decisions Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Familiarity with digital learning tools and HR systems would be an advantage For a full job description or if you’d like an informal discussion, please contact: Jon.Taylor@tatasteeleurope.com What we can offer you Tata Steel UK offers their employees significant benefits packages.
