Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding food during service.
* Assist with stock ordering and rotation, ensuring compliance with HACCP rules and Audley Company Procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
* Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience running a section of the kitchen.
* Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (preferred).
* Experience with stock ordering and management.
* Strong culinary knowledge and a positive attitude.
* Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
* Ability to thrive under pressure.
* Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
