My client is looking for anexperienced Parts Advisor to join my clients well:established East Raynham branch team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast:paced environment, and supporting both technicians and customers with their parts requirements.
What you'll be doing
: Assist customers and technicians with day:to:day queries about machinery parts
: Handle orders, dispatch, and enquiries efficiently, both face:to:face and over the phone
: Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and stock
: Provide friendly, professional service while supporting showroom and retail operations
: Support the team in meeting sales targets and achieving excellent customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
: Previous experience in parts, retail, or a customer:facing role
: Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or motor parts is an advantage
: Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and colleagues
: Good numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail
: Competent computer skills, including email and basic systems
: Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
: Team player with initiative and a smart, professional appearance
: Motivated by sales, targets, and delivering excellent service
What's on offer
: Full:time, permanent position (39 hours per week, and Saturdays as per rota)
: Competitive hourly pay based on experience ( GBP 13.50: GBP 15.50 per hour)
: Overtime paid at time and a half
: 32 days annual leave including bank holidays
