Monitor and uphold food safety, GMP, and health & safety standards. Conduct weekly food safety audits and complete all required documentation accurately. Troubleshoot basic machine issues and liaise with engineering when needed. Motivate your team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Communicate delays, shortages, and equipment issues effectively to management. Support new product launches, trials, and process improvements.
