Job Description
1. Oversee high‑end restaurant projects (ground‑up & interiors)
2. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and finish quality
3. Travel nationally (for Traveling Super role)
4. Work directly with PM leadership and senior field teams
5. Maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards on fast‑paced builds

The Successful Applicant
6. Experience with high‑end restaurant construction (required)
7. Background in both ground‑up and TI work
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Ability to manage detailed, finish‑heavy projects
10. Willingness to travel (Traveling Super only)
