The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of rental properties, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords, tenants and contractors alike. Key Responsibilities
* Managing tenancy administration and associated paperwork
* Coordinating property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
* Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
* Organising maintenance works and monitoring progress
* Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation
* Processing rental payments and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties

* Previous experience in lettings, property administration or customer service preferred but not essential
