We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated
Transport Team Leader
to support the operations of a busy transport service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
Transport Team Leader Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the administration of school transport applications, payments, and pass allocations.
Building strong relationships with schools, councils, stakeholders, and transport operators.
Monitoring service delivery and supporting operational planning.
Managing enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver excellent service.
Assisting with reporting, record keeping, and contract compliance.
Transport Team Leader Attributes:
Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within
transport, logistics, or customer service .
Strong
leadership and people management skills
with the ability to inspire a team.
Knowledge of the transport industry and regulatory compliance would be an advantage.
