Early Years / EAL Primary Teacher
Location: Worcester AreaPosition: Early Years / EAL Primary TeacherContract Type: Full-time (Term-Time)Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a committed Early Years / EAL Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Worcester area. This role is ideal for a motivated teacher who is passionate about helping children, particularly EAL learners, to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years/Foundation Stage
* Provide targeted support for pupils with English as an Additional Language
* Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Track and assess student development
* Work closely with colleagues and families to support pupil success
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience in a primary school setting
* Knowledge of Early Years and/or EAL best practices
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
