Senior Business Analyst
Our client seeks a passionate Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering user‑centred outcomes for digital banking services. The role involves analysing business needs, driving business value, enhancing customer experiences, and shaping the future of digital banking.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and define requirements to deliver clear business outcomes
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and support UAT
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties
* Lead workshops, planning sessions and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration
* Maintain momentum through Agile delivery and evolve processes where needed
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in fast‑paced environments
* Strong Agile delivery knowledge and hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and challenge constructively
* Experience working on digital products or within financial services is highly desirable
