Job Title: Team Manager
Location: Nirvana Day Centre, West London
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Manager to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations at Nirvana Day Centre. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone in the care sector looking to step into a leadership position. You will collaborate closely with the Director, staff, and our clients to ensure high standards of care are upheld in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Director in the daily operations of the centre.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the staff team while providing guidance and support.
* Oversee resource management, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and supplies.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to enhance client well-being.
* Plan and facilitate engaging activities and programs for our service users.
* Monitor and evaluate services, collaborating with the Manager to implement improvements.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Work collaboratively with external agencies, including social care and health professionals.
* Provide personal care to clients as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu.
* Previous experience in the care sector, particularly with adults with dementia, disabilities, or mental health needs.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Good IT and administrative skills.
