We are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice (Recruitment) to join our vibrant Recruitment Team. Based at Duncan MacMillan House, Mapperley. This role is 37.5 hours per week, on an 18-month fixed-term training contract, offering a flexible work-life balance with a mix of remote working (post-training) and in-office work.
The Recruitment Team is part of the People & Culture Directorate and collaborates closely with colleagues in Payroll, ESR, Temporary Staffing, and Employee Relations.

The apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with Prostart, involving workplace training, induction, additional training events, and time allocated for studies.
We are looking for someone who:
* Can quickly learn IT systems
* Works well in a busy environment
* Is a team player with good organisational and prioritisation skills
* Has attention to detail and accuracy
* Possesses good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
You will support the team with tasks such as:
* Preparing and issuing reference requests using ESR
* Recording recruitment data on Trac system
* Handling post and payroll paperwork
* Producing Honorary Contracts
* Managing filing systems
* Producing ID badges
* Responding to telephone and email inquiries
Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker visa. Applicants without NHS experience are typically placed at the bottom of the pay band, and sponsorship for visas is not available for this role.
