Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5)
Foster a structured and inclusive learning environment
Track student attainment and provide constructive feedback to support development
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership teams
Adjust teaching approaches to suit diverse classroom settings and school expectations
Candidate Profile
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Confident in delivering your subject specialism
Demonstrates effective classroom management techniques
Committed to student engagement and academic progress
Open to working in a variety of school environments
