5. Behaviour Management: Implement effective behaviour management techniques to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
6. Resource Utilisation: Utilise a range of educational resources and assertive technologies to enhance learning experiences for SEN students.
Requirements:
7. Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
8. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
9. Passion for SEN: Demonstrated passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children with special needs.
10. Flexibility: Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
11. Qualifications: While not essential, relevant qualifications or training in SEN support would be beneficial.
