Administrative Assistant
Role Summary and Purpose
• Responsibility of administration support to Maidstone and London claims team in line with Arch claims philosophy and values
• Report to Claims Team Manager on claims volume trends/significant claims as required
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Review and manage Claims Mailbox
• Distribution of claim portfolio
• Claims Management Review of diary management
• Bordereaux management and processing
• Claim settlement processing under the authority of the claim manager
• Manage internal reporting to London claims team
• Interaction and support of claims management as required
