Temporary Customer Services Administrator - Orpington


Join Our Clients Team as a Customer Services Assistant!


Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual looking to make a difference? Our client, a leading specialist in financial products, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team in Orpington.


Position Details:



1. Contract Type: Temporary

2. Hourly Rate: From £13

3. Hours: 9am-5pm

4. Days: Monday - Friday




Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in achieving financial and non-financial targets. Your tasks will include:



5. Engaging with customers and prospects to provide product information and support through the application process

6. Building relationships with customers, answering queries, and addressing new product and renewal inquiries

7. Processing new business applications and ISA transfers while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

8. Handling inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and professionalism

9. Maintaining detailed records through data input and scanning of correspondence

10. Collaborating with the Field Team to enhance knowledge of the Police affinity group

11. Assisting with service improvement initiatives and any additional duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

12. A strong customer service background

13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

14. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office

15. A results-driven mindset with excellent time management skills

16. The ability to adapt to fluctuations in workload and work effectively as part of a team
