This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join Signature Senior Lifestyle in a roving capacity, providing leadership and support across our portfolio of luxury care homes.
In this role, you will:
* Step in to support homes during leadership transitions, annual leave, or recruitment periods.
* Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance.
* Support the roll-out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes.
* Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations.
* Current NMC registration (essential).
* Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment.
* Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A compassionate, motivating leadership style.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings
