What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and managing a team during live events
* Overseeing event setup, coordination, and execution
* Acting as the main point of contact on the day
* Ensuring high standards of customer experience
* Training and developing new team members
* Handling any on‑the‑day challenges and problem solving

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive and hands‑on approach
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience in events, hospitality, or team leadership (preferred but not essential)
