Bank Registered Nurse Nights – Priesty Fields Care Home, Congleton, Cheshire. Hourly rate: £24.27. Contract: Bank / Flex. Shifts: 8pm – 8am.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering person-centred nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
* Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
* Conducting health assessments and creating tailored care plans.
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding to emergencies.
* Leading and supporting care staff during night shifts.
* Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practices.

* Overtime is paid for hours over full-time; however, overtime enhancement is not guaranteed in the contract and can be withdrawn at any time at management's discretion

What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from Registered General Nurses RGNs or Registered Mental Health Nurses RMNs who possess the following:
* Hold a valid NMC PIN
* Are compassionate, proactive, and enthusiastic
* Have experience in care home settings (preferred)
* Can lead confidently and work independently at night
* Are passionate about making a difference
