Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor. A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m. The initial project is a new healthcare development including refurbishment works to an existing building (£10m).

Requirements
* Experience managing sub-contractor variations
* Experience working with a building contractor
* Experience dealing with final accounts
* Industry related qualification

* Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
* Dealing with variations and valuations
* Input during pre-construction stage
* Production of CVRs
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
