Our client is a thriving Occupational Health & Wellbeing practice who have been established for over 50 years.\n\nBased in Norwich and operating throughout the Anglian region they provide bespoke services for a wide range of employment sectors including education, healthcare, commercial offices, workshops, food, farming, industrial, engineering, manufacturing and construction.\n\nThey employ a friendly and dedicated team of 10 staff from their office in Norwich\n\nA part-time Administrative Assistant is required to join the administration team of 2.\n\nWe are looking for a professional and organised individual with excellent written and verbal skills who can manage multiple tasks supporting the clinical team, clients and patients.\n\nYou will perform the following daily duties:\n\n * Management of medical records\n\n * Management of appointment system\n\n * Administrative support including data entry and database management\n\n * Basic invoicing services\n\n * Telephone communication with clients, patients and the clinical team.\n\nPart-time, ideally Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, 30 hours per week, 9am to 5pm\n\n * Salary to suit experience\n\n * 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata)\n\n * Free parking\n\n * Pension
