About the Company



New opening for a Technical Manager at a fine chemical manufacturing organisation. The technical manager will be responsible for overseeing Production and Development teams, driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum, based on experience.



Responsibilities



* Ensure safety, compliance, and a healthy work environment.
* Lead Production and Development teams to meet operational goals.
* Manage training, resource planning, and production schedules.
* Analyze KPIs and quality data to drive efficiency and improvements.
* Oversee audits, incident investigations, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and calibrate critical equipment on schedule.
* Integrate best practices and process improvements across the site.


Qualifications



* Proven leadership experience in operations or development in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
* Proficiency in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and Office 365.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Project management and experience with GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, and Six Sigma tools.
