Role: Data Delivery Manager / Project Manager (Databricks, SAP HANA)
Location – Leeds, Hybrid and Remote flexibility
We're looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager / Project Manager to support a fast-paced, high-impact data transformation environment.
You'll be working closely with the CTO, taking ownership of people and process delivery across several critical data-driven initiatives.
* A seasoned Senior Project/Programme Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex data projects
* Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, data engineering workflows, and agile processes
* Deep familiarity with enterprise data platforms, ideally Databricks and SAP HANA
* Proven ability to drive outcomes in fast-changing, stakeholder-rich environments
You’ll play a critical role in:
* Supporting the CTO across strategic and operational data programmes
* Driving delivery excellence across teams and timelines
* Managing dependencies, risks, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration
