Experience and Skills: Significant generalist experience across a range of HR functions(Resourcing & Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Casework, Policy, Information Systems and Administration), Policy Development Ability to build relationships with managers to influence, support and advise Able to write complex reports and letters Able to analyse complex data and make recommendations for appropriate action Possess relevant knowledge of Employment Law and its application. Experience of managing own workload by delivering several different tasks at once and meeting tight deadlines. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and bespoke HR systems Experience of working with the trade unions and fostering good working relationships Ability to deal with matters in a confidential and discreet manner and compliance with Data Protection requirements.
