What you’ll be doing Diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Delivering planned preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life Monitoring machine performance, keeping accurate records, and reporting to management Supporting the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems Working closely with production teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and implement solutions Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reliability What we’re looking for A methodical problem solver with a hands-on approach and strong fault-finding ability Someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude who thrives in a team environment A background in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering, apprenticeship or similar PC literacy, the ability to read technical drawings, and confidence working safely around high-voltage equipment PLC experience is a bonus, but not essential; training can be provided Why join?
