Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
* Engage in upselling techniques to promote products and enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
* Utilise basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
* Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store environment.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English is essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
