This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 10 days at 23:59 BST .
The Vacancy
You’ll be based in Cumberland House in Carlisle initially, and once your training is completed you will have the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis.
You will work alongside a large team of other advisors where we help our customers with mortgage and protection advice.
This is a full-time role, but we’d be willing to consider part time or family friendly hours (we can be flexible with working hours between 8am and 7pm) - just ask!
Main responsibilities include
* Running your own diary of customer appointments, providing advice on mortgages and protection over the phone
* Assessing and packaging mortgage applications for offer
* Retaining our existing Mortgage customers
* Giving customers the amazing experience they expect from us
About you
We’re looking for a CeMAP qualified advisor, with either direct or broker mortgage experience.
We want to hear from you if:
* You have a great personality, and love speaking to people (especially customers!)
* You’re fun, positive and enthusiastic
* You can tell us about how you care for your customers, and go the extra mile
* You’ve got experience in working to performance targets
