Bedford Borough Council is seeking an experienced Lead Estates Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and community buildings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills in valuation, property management, landlord & tenant matters, lease renewals, rent reviews, service charges, income/debt management, and licences to a role that offers both challenge and reward.
Details:
·Rate: £425 p/d (Inside IR35, via umbrella)
·Contract: 3 months initial
·Hours: 37 per week, hybrid working (2 days in office, MK42 9AP)
·Requirements: MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer, full UK driving licence, min. 4 years PQE
