Your role as Fulfillment Coordinator will be vital to the overall success of the production department, joining an established industry player with ambitions to double in size in the next five years. You will be joining a business who have won awards for innovation with their cutting-edge electronic sensors, head end equipment and controllers. Role overview Reporting into the fulfillment manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, from contact to delivery. There will be significant customer interaction and coordination with different teams Key Activities: Contacting customers/answering emails and phone calls Sales order processing and data input Dispatch scheduling, invoice processing, RMAS’sThis role is suitable for 2 years experience within warehouse, goods-in or a stores environment – must be physically okay with lifting boxes Basic finance and inventory experience Personality: able to resolve issues, work collaboratively, and good customer service skills
