This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and deliver Entry Level and Level 1 Agriculture programmes, supporting learners with a range of abilities and needs. You will coordinate and manage courses, deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure learners receive a high-quality experience and realistic progression opportunities.
1. Plan and deliver curriculum content to a consistently good or outstanding level.
2. Lead practical and theoretical sessions that exceed industry expectations.
3. Conduct vocational assessments in line with awarding body and college standards.
4. Provide course management and pastoral support for Level 1 Agriculture groups.
5. Build relationships with schools, employers, and stakeholders to enhance reputation and learner outcomes.
Hold a relevant degree or Level 3 qualification in Agriculture or a land-based subject.
Have or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
Demonstrate experience working in a land-based setting and with SEND learners.
Be confident in using IT systems and digital tools to support teaching and assessment.
Show strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
