Daily Duties
* Lead and manage residential architecture projects from concept through to construction (RIBA Stages 1:5).
* Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Oversee design development, planning submissions, and technical packages.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high design and technical standard.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required.
* Support the growth of the practice through networking and generating new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Senior Architect and Design Director required, with a strong background in residential architecture.
* High End Residential experience would be essential.
* Highly proficient in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages.
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1:5.
* Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a collaborative studio environment.
* Commercially aware, with the ability to build relationships and generate new revenue opportunities for the practice.
