Job Description
1. Create, implement and execute a strategic plan designed to optmise performance. This will be demonstrable through positive sales turnover growth and increased profit margin.
2. Inherit a growing business with the objective to evolve the business by delivering innovative sustainable products.
3. Control of all aspects of the business and for the balance sheet including forecasting and budgeting.
4. Lead, mentor and develop the senior leadership team.
5. Delivery of sales growth across all customer channels including builders merchants and distribution, project specification, sub and main contractors and growth of export markets.
6. Work closely with and collaborate with customers, partners, suppliers and key stakeholders within the business to maximise sales and become intimate with the inner workings of all sides of the group.
7. Focussed on organic growth of existing businesses to drive proactive growth.
