Join a team of expert Insurance Account Executives in our dynamic office. Working for a global strength in the insurance market, responsibilities include servicing accounts efficiently and supporting peers to meet client demands.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Control the renewal process for clients and gather information using superb communication skills.
* Maintain and grow your book of business by chasing and securing new business leads.
* Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and seek alternatives; talk to brokers to secure competitive terms.
* Visit clients as appropriate, showcasing interpersonal skills.
* Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve efficiently and raise concerns with the right team.
* Identify and act upon new‑business opportunities and recommend them using sound judgement.
About You
* Holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII / Cert CII).
* Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the client market and insurance industry, including the London Market, Lloyds, and wider industry.
* Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes.
* Excellent client‑service focus; the customer is always top priority.
* Generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Deal with ambiguity and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
* Continuously build industry knowledge and seek development.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
Compensation and Benefits
