Role Description
This is a full‑time Wholesale Account Manager, based in Yorkshire/Midlands. The successful candidate will manage client wholesale accounts, build strong relationships, and provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction whilst growing our existing wholesale customer portfolio. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing orders and overseeing all aspects of the wholesale customers to uphold Hopwells’ high standards.
What we are looking for
* Strong skills in Account Management and knowledge of the food wholesale industry
* Proficiency in Customer Service and communication
* Understanding of wholesale operations within the food and beverage sector is required
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Experience in commercial negotiations
* Central UK bases (Yorkshire/Midlands)
