Due to the ongoing successful expansion within the school, we have recently appointed a new Head of Science, and an exciting vacancy has arisen for the role of Science Teacher.
The successful applicant will join our expanding department and participate in the delivery of an engaging and interesting curriculum whilst improving outcomes in Science for all students. We offer a range of curriculum pathways throughout key stages 2 - 5 although teaching experience in all of these key stages is not necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching in an adaptive way to help create an innovative and inclusive learning environment.
Ripplevale School is a mixed Independent Special School for students aged between 6-18 who are on the Autistic Spectrum. We provide a nurturing and caring environment in which to develop our pupils’ learning and social needs. Applicants will be required to teach and motivate small class groups of students. Applicants should be committed, enthusiastic, innovative and able to continue to develop learning within our school.
