We are searching for a passionate Agency Development Manager in [______]. The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance agent who leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents
* Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents
* Providing hands‑on field training and collaborative work experiences
* Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
* Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
* Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
* Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team‑oriented environment
* Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Qualifications
* Experience in B2B sales
* Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
* Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
* Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams
